Cancellation and cancellation fees

5.5  Up to at least 3 months or more before the planned day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled unilaterally without any cancellation fee.

5.6  Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the contracting party may only cancel the accommodation agreement unilaterally subject to the following cancellation fees:

- Up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total agreed price;
- Up to1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total agreed price;
- Within the last week preceding the date of arrival 90% of the total agreed price.
