With package deals, any unused services cannot be refunded. Short stays up to 3 days include a surcharge of 10% per person and day. The prices include all taxes and are subject to errors.

Arrival and departure

In the event of late cancellation, no-show, delayed arrival, or early departure, the booking conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. On the day of arrival your room is available after 15:00, on the day of departure, we request you vacate your room by 11:00

Cancellation and cancellation fees

5.5 Up to at least 3 months or more before the planned day of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled unilaterally without any cancellation fee.

5.6 Outside the period specified in § 5.5., the contracting party may only cancel the accommodation agreement unilaterally subject to the following cancellation fees:

- 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total agreed price
- 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total agreed price
- Within the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the total agreed price
